Privacy policy.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short, because we collect very little.
01Who we are
The controller of your personal data is RKAPITAL GROUP Sp. z o.o., ul. Połczyńska 31A, 01-377 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000890877, NIP 5252856795, REGON 388533626.
For any question about your data, write to office@rkapital.group.
02What we collect, and why
When you contact us through the form
We collect your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns a possible agreement with us, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing this data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your name, email address and message.
When you visit the website
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address or any other data that identifies you. We see only totals: the number of visits, the pages viewed, the website that brought visitors, and country, device and browser.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server records
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data about each request, including your IP address, the date and time, and the page requested. This data is used only to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
03Cookies
This website does not use cookies. The fonts and images are served with the website itself. Apart from our hosting and statistics provider, Cloudflare, your browser does not connect to any third-party service when you view the pages.
04Who receives your data
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Your data is handled, on our behalf and under data processing agreements, by:
- our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., USA, which delivers the website from data centres worldwide, including in the EU, protects it, and provides the visit statistics;
- our form-handling service, Formspree, Inc., USA, which passes form messages to us;
- our email service provider, which delivers and stores our email.
05Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Inc. and Formspree, Inc. are based in the United States.
Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing terms include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they are required.
Formspree is not certified under the Data Privacy Framework. Messages sent through the form are transferred to it, and stored on servers in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
06How long we keep your data
- Form messages and our correspondence with you: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If the conversation leads to an agreement, for as long as the law requires us to keep records of that agreement.
- Formspree, which passes form messages to us, keeps a copy of each message for up to 30 days.
- Technical data about requests: processed by Cloudflare only for as long as needed to deliver and protect the website, under its data processing terms.
- Visit statistics: kept indefinitely, as they contain no personal data.
07Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- restrict how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to our use of it based on our legitimate interest.
To use any of these rights, write to office@rkapital.group. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
08Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and do not create profiles.
09Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
